    There is no question that we love what the students at SCAD are up to! Recently, over the course of ten weeks, SCAD Hong Kong photography and fashion students worked in collaboration through sketches, process books and test shoots to create this year’s Senior Collection Look Book. Working with professional models and hair and makeup, the students spent two days in the studio photographing 38 looks from nine collections - all with distinct sets and lighting to enhance the designer’s brand.     The Seventh Annual SCAD Sidewalk Arts Festival Welcomed Spring with a Celebration of Young Creative Talent in Hong Kong. A record 215 students joined the annual Sidewalk Arts Festival at SCAD Hong Kong5 students won SCAD summer program scholarships with their outstanding designs------------------------ On April 8th, SCAD’s UNESCO-awarded campus was transformed into a vibrant, multicultural celebration of color and creativity.     On Saturday 11 June, the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) celebrated 81 students who graduated in the Class of 2016 in Hong Kong. This year, SCAD Hong Kong also celebrated its first batch of graduates from its fashion undergraduate program, since its launch in 2012. At the same time, SCAD proudly announced that 98% of last year’s graduates successfully had landed jobs pursuing their creative careers or sought further education within 10 months of graduation, according to the latest school survey...

    The inaugural IDFFHK International Design Furniture Fair Hong Kong was staged at the Hall 3FG, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre last week between 21-23 August. IDFFHK is marketing themselves as the first Asia’s premier luxury design, furniture and lifestyle fair.
